Terms governing the use of the USEA digital platform, software assets, and educational resources.
1. Institutional Ownership & Intellectual Property
All brand insignia, architectural diagrams, design tokens, wordmarks, and software assets published under USEA (United Systems & Engineering Alliance) are the intellectual property of the organization and founder Kazi Anamul Haque, unless otherwise licensed as open-source software.
2. Open Source & Code Usage
Open-source software, research preprints, and educational materials distributed by USEA Labs or USEA Academy are subject to their respective open-source licenses (e.g. MIT, Apache 2.0).
3. Subdomain Operations
USEA operates through five specialized wings: Core, Labs, Cloud, Studio, and Academy. Use of individual wing services is subject to standard alliance guidelines and terms.
